That’s where our journey began. But once we started observing users closely, we saw something bigger: the real challenge wasn’t just loading—it was fixing the data first. Invalid picklist values, missing IDs, inconsistent date formats… these were the root causes of failed imports and messy data in Salesforce.
That was our eureka moment: the future of data loading isn’t just load. It’s Fix & Load.
So we built Data I Am—an AI-powered Salesforce data loader that fixes data before it loads. It:

Our philosophy is simple: empathy first. Every design decision starts with users—Salesforce admins, RevOps, Marketing Ops, SIs, and analysts. That’s why Data I Am feels effortless for everyday admins, yet powerful enough for experts. Data doesn’t just load—it gets fixed and loaded, automagically.
Why us? I’m the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Data I Am. I spent 9 years at Salesforce building data products, and 20 years in product management. One lesson stuck with me: loading is never the goal. The real value comes from clean, accurate, well-structured data. That belief shaped everything about Data I Am.
Our team is remote-first, global, and engineering-led. Two PhDs in AI have helped design the product. And one of our earliest angel investors was formerly an SVP at MuleSoft.
